The Colony Club Casino opened on the 26th December 2002. The project started in 2001 when the Malawi Development Corporation (MDC) invited KaiRo International to Malawi, their current partners in the casino.

KaiRo International, MDC and the Malawi Gaming Board succeeded in bringing to the growing city of Blantyre, a casino and restaurant that meet internationl standards.

The propery has been vastly improved, the gardens are worth a pleasant stroll prior to having a good meal in the restaurant and the adventurous will enjoy playing on the gaming tables or slot machines which are the latest design and technology operated by professionally trained and
friendly staff.

The investment has been substantial – 120 staff have been employed, indicating a growing confidence in the developing country of Malawi.

Pirates Casino, a magical world of entertainment, is a new entertainment centre in Lilongwe.

The Casino is situated half a kilometre from the main M1 road which connects the northern and southern regions and runs through the centre of Lilongwe.
